Analysing property listings from September 2024 to August 2025, the report finds houses with greenery achieve 17.4% higher prices (+$140,000) and attract 7% more buyer views. Units with greenery achieve 16.1% higher prices (+$100,000) and sell three days faster. Sydney shows the strongest premiums at 28.7% for houses and 23.4% for units, reflecting high demand in dense urban markets. Regional markets also perform strongly, with regional South Australia leading at 30.3% price uplift. The report demonstrates that greenery signals quality and care, enhances liveability, and delivers measurable market performance benefits across all property types and locations.
